Audrey Wolfe, RCC, provides inclusive online therapy from the unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations of the Coast Salish People. A graduate of the University of Victoria’s Master of Arts in Child and Youth Care program, Audrey has a rich background in clinical counselling, community advocacy, and prevention work. Her practice draws on Feminist Theory, Person-Centred Therapy, and Relational Therapy, among other theories and modalities, to empower and validate diverse lived experiences of the teens, adults, and relationships she sees in therapy. Having served as a Clinical Counselling Practicum Therapist with Matsui De Roo, RCC, she has worked extensively with trans+ and/or queer individuals. As a former peer support worker at Trans Care BC, Qmunity, and Salal Sexual Violence Support Centre (formerly WAVAW Rape Crisis Centre), she knows how (and where) to help you find community care. Over the years, her approach has been shaped by trans-inclusive feminism, relational therapy, and experiential work that includes affirming, inclusive, and truly collaborative approaches to benefit people of all identities and orientations.
Openly trans and queer, Audrey’s practice welcomes clients of every identity, orientation, and background. Known for her kindness and empathetic style, she creates a space where you can truly be heard and supported. Whether you’re a parent seeking guidance, a teen working through struggles at school or at home, or an adult managing life’s pressures, you’ll find Audrey’s genuine warmth, inquisitive nature, and practical insights invaluable. She’s a beloved team member at Clayre Sessoms Psychotherapy, ensuring a welcoming space where each person’s journey is respected and uplifted.
With a holistic perspective, Audrey acknowledges that emotional, mental, and physical well-being are deeply interconnected. She draws from relational therapy—centring therapeutic rapport, collaboration, and a sense of mattering and belonging—experiential modalities such as Gestalt Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Focusing-Oriented Therapy, trauma-informed therapy like Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, and creative exploration through re-authoring your narrative, journalling, mindfulness, or even drawing as response art. By tailoring each session to your unique needs, Audrey merges evidence-based strategies with personal insight, fostering deeper self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. Whether you’re revisiting past challenges, seeking healthier relationships, or exploring a renewed sense of self, her eclectic approach can guide you toward lasting growth, healing, and change.

We recognize that trauma, relational harm, and attachment wounds live in the mind and the body. Our relational, experiential, and creative approaches lead toward embodied restoration. Through gentle techniques and expressive art, you gain new insights, release tension, and discover more regulated, integrated ways of being.
Drawing on the Gender Freedom Model (McDaniel, 2021), we focus on play, pleasure, and possibility. Whether you’re questioning, exploring a gender transition, or seeking to strengthen your sense of self, this strengths-based, evidence-supported approach emphasizes pride, self-determination, and authentic expression.
Informed by the Neurosequential Model from Dr. Bruce Perry, MD, PhD‘s research and life’s work, we highlight the importance of nervous system regulation and community healing. By attending to how your brain and body respond to stress, we help foster resilience, reduce overwhelm, and support new patterns of well-being.
